- Oct - Dec 2019: Project Consultant for Double Eleven Limited - Employee Development. ○ Single-handedly designed, developed and implemented a personal development review (PDR) process for a company of over 75. This involved working closely with stakeholders, managers and team members in order to achieve key business objectives. The project was delivered on time and to an extremely high quality, setting the standard for the company’s ongoing PDR framework. ● July - Oct 2019: Project Consultant for Cendyn - HR Development. ○ Commissioned to write and implement a staff handbook for an international company which reflected their culture and values while developing procedural practices that allows transparency across the company. Work included additional communication and planning to ensure that all employees clearly understood the expectations of behaviour and working standards.

- Promoted)As project manager at Big Bite I built and nurtured relationships with our clients managing the daily communications that allows our clients to have full visibility of their projects.It was also my responsibility to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget, I did this by supporting to our development and design teams on client project delivery, carrying out resource planning and weekly sprint planning, with both the internal and external teams.
