Staci Hagen is a highly experienced professional in the field of international education, with a passion for exploring diverse cultures and connecting people to meaningful experiences. With a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Political Science and Spanish from Iowa State University, Hagen has gone on to study a Master's Degree, MA in International Education with a specialization in Sustainable Development at The SIT Graduate Institute, as well as a Masters in International and Comparative Education at Stockholm University, among other qualifications.

During her six years spent abroad in countries such as Greece, Costa Rica, Spain, Australia, and Mexico, Hagen honed her skills in study abroad administration, student recruitment and management, sustainable development, field risk assessment, policy analysis, marketing, and event and project management. She has held multiple positions of leadership in well-known organizations, including Assistant Director, International Health, Safety & Emergency Response at Education Abroad Program (EAP), University of California, Santa Barbara, and International Group Leader in Marine Biology at The Experiment in International Living.

Some of Hagen's other notable accomplishments include her work as the Operations Lead of faculty-led programs at UC Davis Study Abroad, as the N.U.in Greece Assistant Study Abroad Director at Northeastern University, and as the Program Assistant at Australian Education International, where she dealt with recruiting international students. Additionally, Hagen has taken on roles as an Outdoor Education Teacher at Houston Independent School District and as a Recruiting Coordinator at International Student Volunteers, USA.
