Lee Shufro is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in sales leadership and management, revenue growth, and client management. A graduate of the prestigious Johnson School of Management at Cornell University, Lee spent over a decade at American Express in multiple leadership positions before venturing into the startup space. With two successful acquisitions under his belt, Lee returned to American Express GBT for almost three years before coming back home to Synapse & Bizrate as Chief Revenue Officer.

At Synapse & Bizrate, Lee is responsible for go-to-market strategy, sales performance, and client management in the United States. Together they have generated over $1 billion in profit and inspired the redemption of over 150 billion points with expertise in brand loyalty, customer engagement and retention, loyalty redemption, and continuity programs. With a suite of over 700 media brands available, they use a blend of marketing experience and data to ensure alignment with their customers' interests.

In addition to his professional achievements, Lee is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan and a native New Yorker who grew up in Stamford, CT. An accomplished athlete, he has finished 9 marathons and over 100 competitive races.
