Michelle Chan is a veteran with over 15 years of experience in Product and Marketing in the Financial and Technology industries. She has been associated with renowned organizations, including Livi Bank, FWD Insurance, Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute, Hong Kong Telecom, Huawei Technology, Nokia Siemens Network, and many more. Currently, she holds the position of Acting CMO, leading the Marketing, Business Development, and Innovation functions at Livi Bank, the biggest virtual bank in Hong Kong in terms of capital.

With a Bachelor of Cognitive Science degree, Graduate Diploma in E-Commerce, and MBA from the University of Hong Kong, Michelle's core competencies include Branding, Service Marketing, Affluent Segment Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, Business Consultancy, Smart Living, Digital Home, Loyalty, Strategic Partnership, Technology Commercialisation, Go-To-Market Strategy, FinTech, Payment, innovation, and A.I.

Apart from her role in Livi Bank, Michelle holds numerous advisory positions, including being an Advisory Member of FinTech Industry Alliance of China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), AI & InsurTech Committee Co-Chair of FinTech Association HK, Founding Member of Women-In-Tech HK, and as well the Future Task Force Member of Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Michelle has been recognized numerous times for her contributions and was named as 2018 Top 25 FinTech Female Leader in HK by DigFin Group and InvestHK.
