Leslie Feinzaig
Leslie Feinzaig is a notable female entrepreneur who has been awarded for her outstanding contributions in the business industry. She is the Founder & CEO of the Female Founders Alliance, a nongovernmental organization that supports high-growth startup founders and CEOs. Leslie has a background in product leadership roles in prominent tech companies like Julep, Big Fish Games, and Microsoft. Additionally, she worked as a strategy consultant at Innosight, serving under Clayton Christensen, the author of "Innovator's Dilemma" and a Harvard Business School professor.
Leslie's road to entrepreneurship began in 2016 when she started Venture Kits, a game that helps children develop leadership skills through play. Her unique concept earned a feature in Today Show Parents. Leslie's experience raising capital for Venture Kits prompted her to co-found the Female Founders Alliance to support women in technology. The organization has grown over ten times in just over a year, bringing together hundreds of female founders from across North America. Recently, FFA completed its first accelerator, Ready Set Raise, selecting eight female-led companies from hundreds of applications for an intensive five-week program that culminated in an investor pitch day.
Leslie's philanthropic work includes serving as a board member for both Girl Scouts of Western Washington and Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA). Additionally, she advises companies and provides mentorship as a former mentor for Techstars. Leslie holds a BSc in Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has been recognized as a Seattle Magazine's Most Influential People 2018 honoree, awarded the Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40, and included in Forbes' 100 Most Powerful Women from Central America and the Caribbean.
