Jay Berlinsky is a highly experienced real estate developer based in Orlando, Florida. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Berlinsky has established himself as a prominent figure in the Central Florida market. He is the founder and owner of SC Advisors, a company known for its expertise in overseeing large-scale real estate development projects. Berlinsky has managed projects and transactions valued at over $2 billion, covering more than 3 million square feet of office, retail, and public venues. He has successfully navigated the complex regional planning process for two new master planned communities, securing entitlements for 3,000 acres of mixed-use community development. Berlinsky is also skilled in coordinating highly complex, large-scale public/private projects, having served as an Owner's Advisor for the City of Orlando on the reconstruction of the Florida Citrus Bowl and as a developer's representative for the acclaimed Amway Center.

Prior to founding SC Advisors, Berlinsky served as the Executive Vice President at CNL Realty & Development Company, where he oversaw the development of numerous prominent projects in Central Florida. Berlinsky is a fifth-generation Central Floridian with a wealth of knowledge and unique understanding of the market, its history, and its people. He studied Business and Business/Managerial Economics at Baylor University.
