Sara Ponnert

Sara Ponnert is a seasoned project manager and event coordinator with extensive experience in organizing large exhibitions, handling significant EU projects and reports, planning major trips, and executing full-day conferences.

As the location manager for Avalanche Studios Group's latest venture in Malmö, Sara spearheaded the setup of a new studio, overseeing its decoration, furnishing, and functionality to accommodate over 40 staff members within a short period, before relocating to a completely renovated space.

Known for her collaborative mindset and adaptability to diverse work environments, Sara approaches projects with a focus on timely and quality delivery, embracing challenges and employing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.

Apart from her professional endeavours, Sara serves on the boards of The Game Assembly, Game Habitat, Frosta Hockey, and GEM, a network dedicated to enhancing workplace culture for women in the gaming industry.

Residing in the countryside with her family, Sara leads a fulfilling life outside of work as an ice hockey coach for a girls' team, tending to a variety of animals like sheep, ducks, chickens, and cats, while also cultivating a vegetable garden to ensure a fresh supply of produce.
