Vadim Komissarov is an accomplished Investment Banker with nearly two decades of international experience in Asia, Europe, and the United States. He began his banking career in New York, working for top global banks handling private equity transactions and ADR programs for Russian clients. Komissarov went on to work for top-tier Russian investment banks such as Troika Dialog and VEB Group, representing the interests of a $5 billion Malaysian company, UMW Group in the United States. He specializes in cross-border M&A and fundraising transactions, and his overall deal volume exceeds $3 billion. Komissarov holds an MBA degree in International Finance from NYU's Stern School of Business. Currently, he serves as President & CFO at Trident Acquisitions Corp.
