With an MBA in Marketing from Santa Clara University and a BS in Physics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Norma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner selection and recruitment, go-to-market strategy and execution, partner health diagnostics, and vertical market development through solution partnerships.

As the CEO and Founding Principal of PhoenixCG, Norma works with companies to develop innovative partner ecosystem strategies that drive growth and revenue. Her experience includes serving on the HR Tech Advisory Board at HR Tech Advisor, as well as heading the US Delegation ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationship Management and being a Global Board Member and Chair Best Practices Committee at the Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals.
