Product Manager

Wagestream

Managing a cross-functional product team working on Bó's customer support and financial crime tooling. The suite of tools the team developed included a custom live chat, a set of financial crime workflows for processing fraudulent accounts, and analytics capabilities for the bank as it scaled from 100 to 11,000 customers.

Previously working on the bank's utility switching and savings products.

Coordinating UX, design, and development of 11FS Pulse, a unique competitor benchmarking research platform used by the world's leading banks and fintechs. Responsible for the build of a new custom platform on top of Craft's CMS that included a weighted ranking framework for comparing the thousands of videos on the platform, as well as a subscription service.

Between Q2 2018 and Q1 2019, user numbers doubled, incoming demo requests increased by a factor of seven, and NPS scores increased to above 9.2.

11FS

Part of a research team that sought out cutting edge fintech innovation for use in the competitor analysis and strategy that kept 11:FS clients get ahead of the pack.

Product Analyst

Worked a part of the Five Talents communications and operations team, coordinating the fundraising and operations as the charity grew its income by more than 40% to £627k and reduced its operating expenses by 30%.
