Tom Grossi is a highly accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience. He earned his RPA designation from BOMI in May 2003 and obtained his Washington State Real Estate Broker License in August 2003. Tom's expertise includes property and investment management, construction management, tenant relations, due diligence, investments, leadership, marketing, and new business development.

Tom attended Washington State University where he studied for his Bachelor's in Business Administration, Management, and Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, he attended Mercer Island High School. Over the years, Tom has held various positions in the commercial real estate industry. He was the Partner and Director of Property Management at Orion Commercial Partners and was also the Principal and Asset Manager at Navigator Real Estate Services LLC. Furthermore, Tom worked as the Asset Management and Property Representative for Prologis, the Commercial Investment Manager and Asset Manager at Pinnacle Realty Management Company, and the Senior Property Manager at Opus Northwest.
