Andy Shanks is a skilled entrepreneur with experience in DJing, professional audio, and digital technology production. He is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of eargym, a company that develops auditory training to address the effects of Age-Related Hearing Loss (ARHL) on social isolation, cognitive decline, and dementia. Andy holds a BscH in Marketing from Aston University and has completed courses in business and marketing from Seth Godin's altMBA. Andy has provided his expertise to various organizations, including ZINC, D&AD, Google, Red Bull Racing & Red Bull Technology, and Agency Republic. He is a former Startup Mentor at D&AD and a former Web Producer at Google.
