Researches and provides market trends for ad hoc compensation projects assigned by manager and director including merit and bonus increases, hot jobs, etc.  Assists in the annual updating of the salary structure and salary ranges. Assists management in the annual director compensation analysis by providing market data and gathering internal data for those positions including salaries, incentives, etc.  Assists in gathering data for the annual organization wide equity review.
