With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing/Advertising from Florida Gulf Coast University, Michael's expertise is focused on being a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to clients and partners. He has a keen interest in developing a deep understanding of clients' business drivers and align tailored solutions. He understands the importance of managing clients' success metrics and expectations, monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction, succinctly communicating ROI, and ensuring customer growth and renewal.
