Colleen W. is a talented independent consultant who dedicates her time to building healthy and effective organizations. With a focus on creating learning environments that support creativity and practical skills, Colleen is a notable speaker, workshop leader, and curriculum developer. She has worked in the industry for many years and has developed several innovating projects, including the world's first technology-enabled music masterclasses and the Wheaton Autonomous Learning Makerspace.

Colleen has a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Psychology as a Social Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Arts in Music Education from the Eastman School at the University of Rochester. She has worked with several organizations, including NERCOMP (North East Regional Computing Program) and Wheaton College, where she served as the Assistant Director of Web Strategy and Manager of Technology, Education, Outreach Development.
