With expertise in leading change in colleges and universities, she has also consulted with foundations on capacity building, equity, and access in higher education. Dr. Bobby has a successful track record of fostering relationships and partnerships, coaching and mentoring administrators, budgeting, fundraising, and financial management. She excels in change management, organizational effectiveness, and strategy execution, with a focus on inclusive leadership and access to education. Dr. Bobby's 15+ years of experience encompass strategic planning, academic initiatives, accreditation, research, student retention, and graduation efforts. She is an advocate for individuals facing challenges, striving to help them achieve their career and life goals. Dr. Bobby holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Washington and has held various leadership roles in organizations like AGB Search, LLC, the College Board, and the University of Puget Sound.
