Marcelo Macedo is an accomplished business professional with a wide-ranging experience in start-ups, management, operations, and finance. Marcelo studied Executive MBA at Ibmec and completed OPM45 at Harvard Business School with additional coursework in global business experience from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Marcelo started his career at Banco Fator and has worked in several financial institutions like Investa, Itau Private Bank, and Palmyra Capital before starting his venture, Arbela Consulting.

In addition to his executive experience, he has also mentored at Aceleratech and was a board member of Collact. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and co-founder of Greenavana, Clickon.com.br, and Guide Investimentos. Marcelo's expertise includes acquisitions, marketing, team/strategy leadership, implementation of infrastructure, valuation of projects, and due-diligence alongside his duties as Head of Administrative and Operations area.
