Lisa Lazare is a seasoned leader with an extensive background in education, management, and non-profit organizations. With over a decade of experience managing diverse and dynamic teams, Lisa is skilled in building inclusive spaces, developing racially conscious leadership skills, talent management, and data-driven decision-making. She holds an MBA in Business, Management, and Marketing from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and has a wealth of experience in Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Facilitation, Analytical Skills, Excellent Customer Service, and Engagement.

Lisa has held several prominent roles over the years that include State Director at Educators for Excellence, Founder at TRIBAL in Education, Managing Director of Outreach at Educators for Excellence, and PSM Education Specialist at MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. She is also a former Outreach Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Educators for Excellence, Fellow, Early Learning Team at Massachusetts Department of Education, Recruitment Manager at Teach For America, and Chemistry Teacher at McAllen ISD.
