My focus continued to be firmly on the leadership of the Google Delivery Team with added attention to Operational management to ensure the continued profitability and high performance of the Team.

At Cloud Sherpas I was responsible for all aspects of client services and delivery. I establish the PMO and grew the Services team from 12 to 30+ individuals in a two year period. As well as supervising the delivery and support functions I was hands on PM at John Lewis, Waitrose, Wm Morrisons, Lafarge Tarmac, Go Ahead Bus Group, Smyths Toys and Dublin Business School, all of which were highly successful G Suite deployments. 
Stoneburn Software Services was acquired by Cloud Sherpas - a leading cloud solutions brokerage - in September 2013. Cloud Sherpas is a Platinum salesforce.com partner and the four-time Google for Work Partner of the Year between 2011 and 2014. Cloud Sherpas has helped over 5,000 customers across various industries leverage cloud solutions from Salesforce, Google, ServiceNow and other leading cloud vendors to improve collaboration, better manage customer relations and streamline IT.
