Bernice Chiang

Bernice Chiang is an experienced IT professional with over 13 years of experience in project management, software and hardware development, and product validation. She has spent the past six years at HP, where she has served as a project manager and technical support specialist in the fields of first-generation products and new technology implementation surveys. Bernice works with cross-functional internal and external departments and global/local teams to deliver NPI projects, modify validation processes, monitor test results, and prioritize issues. She also studies and introduces new techniques to build business cases, introduce ideas, and develop working models.

Prior to her role at HP, Bernice spent 5+ years as a validating team lead at IBM, where she oversaw software globalization and translation for new generation and original products, milestones setting, test plan and cases creation, quality and schedule control, and risk judgments. Before that, she spent 2 years as a validation and troubleshooting specialist at Wistron Corporation for Notebook and TabletPC.

Bernice holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Shih Hsin University in Taiwan.
