Jason Ruchelsman is a highly experienced structured finance investor with a 14-year track record of success in deploying and managing capital across a broad range of asset classes. He is an expert in sourcing, structuring, and executing private credit and asset purchases, bilateral and syndicated bank loans, and structured securitizations. His expertise extends to the management of small and large teams of mid-level and junior resources on investment teams, at operator/originator firms, and as a senior banker.

Jason has a solid background in prime and subprime consumer credit, real estate, commercial credit, transportation equipment, and esoteric assets. He built new books of private credit and equity positions by utilizing independent top-down macro research and targeted outreach to personal networks of broker-dealers, originators/operators, and other private investors.

Jason holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and studied at Frisch and Kushner Academy. He served as Director at Credit Suisse, Head of Consumer-Related Investments (ABS/Specialty Finance) at Global Atlantic Financial Group, Head of Capital Markets and Loan Trading at B2R Finance, Director of Asset Finance at Credit Suisse, Senior Analyst at Seabury Group, and Analyst/Trader at Wachovia Securities.
