She started her career as a journalist and radio show host before realizing her passion for creating everyday digital products. Her impressive resume includes senior positions at various organizations, including Immutable, Southern Cross Austereo, Atlassian, Campaign Monitor, and Hunter Water Corporation, amongst others. Carlee is certified in interaction design, human-computer interaction, and design thinking from the Interaction Design Foundation, where she ranks in the top 1% of students worldwide. She has also studied Small Business Management, Digital Video Production, and Service Design at various institutions.
