Katie Richardson is a globally recognized designer, entrepreneur, and coach who helps business owners understand how to pursue their purpose without sacrificing their personal values. She studied Product Design at Brigham Young University, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Katie's entrepreneurial journey began with the launch of her company, Puj, where she transformed the baby product industry with a simple sketch and a giant leap of faith. Her success quickly garnered media attention, and features on prominent shows like The Ellen Degeneres Show, Rachael Ray Show, Today Show, and Entrepreneur Magazine followed.

Despite her business success, Katie prioritized understanding how to build a flourishing personal life. She was determined to create a strong marriage, be there for her kids, maintain her health, and deepen her connection with God, all while running a multi-million dollar company. Today, Katie coaches entrepreneurs who want to achieve their dream life while also building a successful business.

In addition to her work as a coach, Katie is a co-founder of NTNRML and has previously founded Zu Modern, worked as a freelance designer, and founded Katie Richardson Coaching.
