Darren Spencer, former KC-135 Instructor Pilot and Senior Project Manager, brings a wealth of experience in operations, procurement, team management, and training. He is an expert in executing missions in the harshest locations, reducing costs, streamlining processes, and achieving organizational goals. With years of experience establishing and maintaining project schedules, making critical decisions, and mentoring teams, Spencer is known for his strategic thinking and Lean Six Sigma methods. He's also an FAA Commercial Pilot License holder and a Doctoral Candidate, making him a versatile asset for any team.

Spencer's international experience in countries such as Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Bahrain, Spain, England, France, Japan, Korea, Germany, Hungary, Romania, and Croatia, makes him capable of dealing with varying work cultures and challenging environments. He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, with a dissertation on Unmanned Systems Integration. He also attended Harvard University Extension School, where he studied Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) General Management, and has a Master of Science degree in Aviation from The University of North Dakota.
