Channell Barbour is an accomplished professional with a background in education and administration. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana State University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Berea College.

Barbour has worked in various leadership roles throughout her career, including as VP for Student Life and Associate Dean of Student Life at Berea College, as well as Associate Director of Campus Life at IU Southeast. Her strengths include communication, mentoring, budgeting, assessment and evaluation, supervising, and Title IX.

As an expert in her field, Barbour brings invaluable experience and knowledge to any organization she is a part of. She is passionate about helping students succeed and creating safe and inclusive environments for them to thrive in.
