Barb Burwell is a creative and experienced artist with a passion for exploring the power of creativity through various forms of art. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine/Studio Arts, General from the Pacific Northwest College of Art, and has studied Holistic Nutrition at The Wellspring School of Healing Arts. In her personal art practice, Barb works as a curator of gathered information, collecting images, textures, and forms, both physically and in her mind's eye. Her art mediums include painting, drawing, mixed media works, wood panel, canvas, sculpture, and fiber work. With her current body of work, "Looking Out Looking In," Barb explores the connection between one's internal/external landscape and nostalgic feelings associated with certain locations. Aside from her art, Barb has various classes, workshops, and programs developed for individuals, teams, or clients. Her passion for creativity and the visual arts is evident in her approach to teaching and facilitating workshops.
