Erin Lindheim, a Customer Success Leader with over 10 years of experience, has a track record for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building successful teams, and increasing revenue for multi-billion-dollar companies. Holding a BS degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco, Lindheim has designed and implemented strategic initiatives that have driven process improvement, customer satisfaction, and innovation in the customer lifecycle. Prior to Microsoft, Lindheim served as a Systems Administrator at Hungry Minds and Restoration Hardware and as an Operations Analyst at Gump's.
