Critchett has studied BSBA in Marketing & International Business at Bowling Green State University.
Critchett has held several positions of high responsibility, including Vice President roles at Commvault spanning Canada, LATAM, and Eastern US Enterprise Sales; US Commercial & SLED Sales; Eastern US Sales; and Ohio Valley, Mid Atlantic & Southeast Sales. Before Commvault, Critchett was employed at Compuware as a Regional Sales Director, Dun & Bradstreet as an Area Vice President, and Primavera Software as Americas Director of Sales. Moreover, he was also General Manager & Vice President of Sales at Corporate Sales Micro Center and Sales Executive at Critical Business Analysis, Inc.
