Kailesh Karavadra is a Partner at the global professional services firm Ernst & Young (EY). With an impressive international background, Karavadra was born in Uganda and raised in India and England before beginning his EY career in the United Kingdom. After relocating to the San Jose office in 1995, he served some of the firm's largest global clients in areas ranging from advising on business strategy to consulting on system security risks and business process controls. He has most recently been the Global Coordinating Partner for all EY services worldwide for a major healthcare corporation and for some of the world's market-leading technology companies based in the Bay Area. As the San Jose Office Managing Principal, Karavadra's goal is to build on EY's rich legacy of leadership in Silicon Valley.
