Hosford has held various executive positions throughout his career, including his current role as the Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer at OMORPHO.

Before joining OMORPHO, Hosford spent several years at Nike, where he served as the General Manager of Football for the UK and Ireland, Director of Clubs and Federations for Global Football, Director of Strategy and Business Development, and Associate Partner. Additionally, he was previously Vice President and General Manager of Geographies, Global Sales, and Retail at Converse.
