Store Director

Store’s Budget and Business Results•	Maintain optimum store staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to budgetary goals.•	Utilize client service reporting and onstage observation to monitor service levels and remedy areas of opportunity.•	Develop strategies to grow the business, leveraging client loyalty program, events, product knowledge and services.•	Achieve store’s sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.	People Development/Human Resources•	Recruit, interview, and hire staff members.•	Train, delegate to, and supervise Specialists and Leads to develop their leadership and business skills.•	Conduct and ensure fair and timely performance evaluations of all staff members.•	Schedule employees in accordance with SEPHORA’s policies to provide excellent client service.•	Monitor, embrace, and adhere to all client service policies according to the Concept.	Training•	Ensure that the team is fully trained on corporate initiatives and store policy and procedures, including the POS Manual.  Encourage cross-training between specialists and all consultants.	Coordinate with Education Experts and Brands for constant review and in-store follow-up training for all product consultants with a focus on product knowledge, services, and SEPHORA initiatives.		 Merchandising•	Ensure that SEPHORA’s merchandising concepts are set up and maintained at all times.•	Ensure key product launches and initiatives are fully supported.•	Maintain an area of pride program in store.	Operations•	Ensure compliance with all SEPHORA policies and procedures.•	Maintain acceptable scores on the Audit.•	Monitor stock levels on all inventory items. Conduct inventories on a timely basis/maintain updated inventory records.•	Ensure procedures for receiving, transferring and returning merchandise are adhered to.•	Communicate inventory issues/concerns to District Manager.

- Train and supervise operations store roles, leads, cashiers, recovery overnight teams  and consultants.•	Oversee the following operations responsibilities per the Policies and Procedures:  o	Inventory Managemento	Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all stock and supplieso	Damages & Testerso	Ensure a daily process of damages, testers and known theft product and organization backstage per company standardso	Shipping & Receivingo	Stockroom Maintenanceo	Maintain backstage area per company standardo	Supervise the completion of all world updates and communication of all missing/ broken componentso	Supply Orderingo	Maintain supply budgeto	Create weekly plan for all operations team memberso	Delegate/ plan  brands weeklyo	Ensure the store is compliant with all environmental operations requirements and document per company standardso	Maintain inventory of all Beauty Insider rewardso	Ensure all cast and leadership is familiar with company safety standardso	Oversee the maintenance of the cleaning and deep cleaning programso	Oversee Visual Merchandising teamo	Oversee proper Animation execution per company standards in a timely manner •	Ensure compliance with all Sephora policies and procedures•	Complete all paperwork procedures that are necessary for the store’s function promptly and accurately•	Analyze operational compliance and ensure all budgets related to operations responsibilities are met.•	Recruit, interview, and hire (with Store Director) cashiers, quality, recovery and operations teams•	Supervise and train team to develop their client service skills and business knowledge including,  SOS, POS where appropriate and any other necessary training•	Address and document performance and/or policy violations in a consistent and timely manner and communicate with Store Director and/or Human Resources•	Conduct performance reviews•	Initiate and conduct weekly meetings with the team
