Dave Ripa is an accomplished Opto-Mechanical architect with years of experience in Opto-Mechanical R&D for product development and prototyping. He has a vast experience in planning, executing, and integrating systems that meet customer specifications and needs. Dave prides himself in his strong organizational skills that have enabled him to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Dave is a graduate of Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He studied PMP, Dynamic Project Management, and M.Sc., Mechanical Eng - Active Control. He also studied Mechanical Engineering at Ort Braude College. Over the years, Dave has worked in several organizations in different capacities. He was a Lead Opto-mechanical Engineer in Overlay Metrology Division (OMD) at KLA Israel, System Engineer, and Opto-Mechanical Engineer at CI-Systems, and R&D Mechanical Engineer at Valenci Eng.

Dave's expertise cuts across Opto-Mechanical engineering, Active control, and Project Management. He possesses strong multi-tasking skills and can perform well in a team-oriented environment. Dave is an excellent problem-solver and relates well with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
