Damian Strzelczyk

Damian Strzelczyk is the co-founder of Tutlo, an innovative online platform for learning English with live tutors and personalized paths. Established in 2016, Tutlo has served over 17,000 individuals and 300+ companies, including renowned brands like Żywiec, Maspex, Orange, eobuwie, and KGHM.

Alongside his partner, Tomasz Jabłoński, Damian oversees a team of 130 professionals, focusing on implementing cutting-edge solutions and expanding their business operations. Damian is a seasoned entrepreneur with a profound passion for startups and fostering entrepreneurial spirit.

His extensive background includes working at the Startup Academy, where he mentored numerous startups, refined business models, and assisted in launching new ventures. Damian excels in identifying and nurturing entrepreneurial talents, actively supporting innovative business endeavors.

Recognized for his excellence, Damian was a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 competition and featured in Forbes Poland's 30 under 30 list. He avidly shares his expertise, business insights, and values, demonstrating unwavering dedication to his projects.

Damian Strzelczyk holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw and pursued studies in Management - Entrepreneurship at the Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, he attended the XXXIII Nicolaus Copernicus Bilingual School in Warsaw.

Apart from co-founding Tutlo, Damian has held key roles in esteemed organizations such as the Academic Business Incubators, where he served as a Director, and StartUp Academy, which he co-founded. He also founded Green Magic, showcasing his diverse entrepreneurial engagements.
