With a bachelor's degree in Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, Sharma later earned an MBA in Marketing at the University of South Carolina. With more than two decades of leading analytical and insights teams and transforming businesses into powerful brands using data and technology, Sharma has worked with over 25 industry leaders, including Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, and Mondelez.

Sharma has a keen interest in disruptive innovation, building and managing teams, and enabling a competitive advantage to create new business growth sources in today’s digital world. Sharma's expertise includes Marketing Strategy and Brand Positioning, Trade Optimization and Assortment, Forecasting and Planning, Revenue Management and Strategic Pricing, and Big Data and Predictive Insights.

As president of branding, innovation, omnichannel marketing, and consumer intelligence at Caldus Consulting, Sharma has led multiple teams of various sizes and diversity of skills. In past roles, Sharma was the VP Analytics at Conagra Brands, HRC Partner at McKinsey & Company, Managing Director at Henry Rak Consulting Partners, and EVP Analytics at IRI.
