Associate Category Merchant, Clinical Skincare

- Support merchant in executing brand strategies and retail account management for 36 portfolio brands and category management for Sephora @ Kohls venture.
-  Assist in creating 360* launch strategies for brands/products with multiple cross functional partners to drive plan & beat sales volume.
-  Analyze sales metrics and crafted detailed monthly & yearly business recaps to executive leaders and cross functional partners by incorporating data, research and market analysis to inform business strategy.
-  Owner of brand assortment & visual merchandising for up to 500 stores and ensuring timelines are met for in-store updates.
-  Sephora Skincare lead in assorting and curating mini skincare product assortments in stores (Beauty On The Fly).
-  Part of the 15 Percent Pledge taskforce to incubate black-owned brands to support Sephora’s D&I initiatives.

Assistant Category Merchant, Clinical Skincare & Tools

- Support day-to-day retail account management for up to 25 brands (in both clinal & prestige skincare): e.g. setting up new product launches, executing both in-store & dotcom promotions, collecting comps.
-  Conducting weekly and monthly reports for the category management team as well as ad-hoc reporting upon request for brands.
-  Help support the category management team in the preparation and execution of market weeks by building necessary materials such as business agendas, reports, and scheduling.
-  Handling monthly Vendor Damage and Tester recovery; tester allocation requests, tester reports and Co-Op Collection.
-  Coordinate on-site brand events at Sephora FSC.

Merchandise Coordinator, Clinical & Prestige Skincare

- Managed purchase orders and SKUs for over 50+ skincare brands.
-  Tracked all newness inventory inbound to distribution centers as well as partnering with internal teams and brands to resolve supply chain issues.
-  Coordinates all reverse logical projects with brands to resolve issues pertaining but not limited to returns, damages, UPC re-labeling, destroying units in field etc.
-  Executed and collected up to $2M of Return to Vendor (RTV) processes monthly to ensure healthy inventory levels are maintained.
