Brian Gebhardt is an accomplished business leader and executive who has worked for some of the biggest names in technology, transportation, and consulting. After earning a degree in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Gebhardt joined the US Army, where he served as an officer for several years. After leaving the military, he earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and began his career in management consulting, working for The Boston Consulting Group. He later moved into the technology industry, where he held a variety of leadership roles at companies like HP Enterprise Services, Uber, and Bond.

In his most recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Empower, Gebhardt is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the financial technology startup, which provides banking and financial services to millions of customers around the world. He is known for his strategic vision, his ability to inspire and motivate teams, and his track record of delivering results in complex and fast-paced environments.
