Scott Gullick
Scott Gullick is a champion for empowering young adults to reach their full potential. With a career focused on scaling organizational capacity in support of nontraditional talent, he brings a unique perspective to his work. Scott's education includes a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA in Non-Profit and Public Management from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
Scott has held several senior-level positions in his career, including Senior Director at Year Up's Nest Research and Design Lab, Regional Director of Partner Relations at Year Up, and Regional Marketplace Lead for Opportunity@Work in the Bay Area. His work with Year Up spans from being a fellow to serving as Director of Corporate Engagement and Intern Success and as an Internship Program Manager. Scott has also worked as a Consultant with Summer Advantage USA, a Special Projects Intern at Year Up and a Youth Ministries Director at Mount Hermon Association, Inc.
Scott's design thinking mindset, combined with his operational leadership experience, help him find solutions that effectively serve nontraditional talent. He lives by the principle that people closest to the problem often hold the key to its solution.
