Mikael Skrabb is an experienced leader and specialist in Aviation and Experience Management. With over 15 years of experience, he has held management positions at large corporations like IBM and Nokia, as well as being an entrepreneur in his own companies, DivePro Finland and First Aid Academy International. Mikael is a firm believer in lifelong self-development and has recently returned from a semester at the International University of Bad Honnef in Germany, where he conducted aviation research.

Mikael is highly skilled in non-formal education, risk management, project management, and PADI Instructor Development. He is also passionate about lobbying for more students to go on student exchange programs and teaching scuba diving.
