Josh Drean is a renowned digital transformation entrepreneur, HR tech specialist, and business consultant. He is also a prominent keynote speaker, sharing insights on employee experience, talent management, social media marketing, and effective communication. With expertise in designing a better work experience for local and international businesses and academic institutions, Josh leads workshops and training on people analytics, employee development, and culture technology.

Josh earned his Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University and his BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
