Recruited by the CEO of Reynolds and Reynolds, I spearheaded the consolidation and expansion of the company's global car company solutions business. My responsibilities included driving continued business growth, developing product positioning and marketing strategies, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through product implementation and support services. During my leadership, the business group achieved an impressive $140M in annual recurring revenue for Reynolds and Reynolds.

Baerli-Five configured client-server network platforms for auto dealerships until 1996. The platform services were merged into a new operation called DealerKid, which created the first-ever comprehensive automotive retail CRM solution. DealerKid developed and implemented CRM for major automakers like Ford and Nissan. In 2000, DealerKid was sold to Reynolds and Reynolds.
