Micah Ascano is a Legal Project Manager with a broad range of experience in a variety of legal practices. With an emphasis on Lean and Six Sigma efficiency techniques, Micah implements statistical applications to enhance efficiency and accuracy. As a Sr. Manager of Legal Operations and Analytics at The Home Depot, Micah specializes in Lean Six Sigma, Legal Project Management, Process Improvement, Pricing Analytics, Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer, and Licensing.

Micah's professional background includes being an Adjunct Professor at Cumberland School of Law, as well as previous positions as a Legal Project Manager at Jones Day, Polsinelli PC, Ballard Spahr LLP, Fisher & Phillips LLP, and Principal Consultant at Artifex Legal Consulting. Micah has also held multiple legal positions, including being a Student Attorney at the Intellectual Property and Transaction Clinic and the Agency Rule Writing, Administrative Enforcement, & Policy Analysis Clinic.

As a former Chair of the Law Firm Economics Subcommittee for the Section of Intellectual Property Law at the American Bar Association, Micah has also been involved with various organizations, including the Legal Lean Sigma Institute, the Smith-Zimmermann Heritage Museum, and the Oracle Volunteer program.
