Carlos Fernandes is a highly experienced Real Estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in development all over Brazil. He has held numerous leadership positions in various renowned organizations, including Corpal Incorporadora, where he serves as Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Carlos is an expert in team building, business growth, and marketing, having completed both his MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, and his Leading Organizations and Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional courses at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Carlos has co-founded Dezker, a start-up that focuses on solving work and office issues, as well as IMOB INVEST CLUB, a non-profit real estate news channel on Instagram. He is also an avid crypto investor and innovation enthusiast.

Throughout his career, Carlos has held key roles in Latin American Real Estate Society, Vitacon, Real Estate Business and Investments, and Amil, among others.
