Richard Bolus is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in marketing, sales, and online education. With a passion for continuous learning and development, he holds a degree in BEng in Architectural Engineering from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, and has also studied Instructor's Qualification in Aikido at Yoshinkan Honbu in Tokyo.

Richard's career journey showcases his expertise and leadership across various organizations. He has served in key roles such as Podcast Host at The Dad Mindset Show, Asia Sales Manager & Special Ops at Bellroy, Consultant at Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water in NSW, and Chief Marketing Officer at Carbon Training International Pty Ltd.

In addition to his marketing and sales roles, Richard has been involved in the education sector, having worked as a Project Designer and Manager at National School GreenPower Initiative, an Instructor at Lado International College, and a Foreign Instructor at Yoshinkan Aikido Headquarters. His experience also extends to communication and marketing, demonstrated by his positions at organizations like Green Canary and International Yoshinkan Aikido Federation.

His early career included serving as a Junior Under Officer (JUO) at University Officer Training Corps.
