Rob Schultz is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, and investor in the technology industry with over 30 years of experience. He currently holds the position of Managing Partner at Serra Ventures, LLC, an early growth stage venture capital firm. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director and Partner at IllinoisVENTURES focused on commercializing research derived innovations in the Midwest. Schultz is also the Founder and former CEO of DigitalWork, a SaaS marketing platform for small businesses that he took through an IPO process after raising over $65 million in venture capital to fund its growth.

Schultz has a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and has been named one of the "100 most important executives, decision-makers, financiers, and idea people in the Chicago Internet community" by Crain's Chicago Business. He prides himself in mentoring young companies and leveraging his experience to help them get on the right track for growth. Schultz is also a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
