Christian Menescal is a seasoned professional in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry, with 33 years of experience. His specialties include Solution Architecture, Pre-sales, and ServiceNow Project Delivery, in addition to ITIL and Cobit management. He has extensive knowledge in Security and Contingency Plans development, Networking and Security Projects management, Cloud Computing and Datacenters Projects architecture, and Project Management and IT Governance teaching.

As a former Senior Director of Shared Services at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, Executive IT and Infrastructure Manager at Ibmec São Paulo, and IT Manager at DETEC Department at Propeg, Christian has held several executive-level positions in various organizations. He has also worked as the Head of Solutions Consultancy and Pre-Sales - ServiceNow at Globalweb Corp and as the Executive Director - Pre-Sales at the same organization. Furthermore, he is currently the Service Delivery Director at Aoop Cloud Solutions.

Christian has delivered several successful ICT projects for sizable organizations, such as UHG (United Health Group), INEP (related to the Brazilian Ministry of Education), ALELO, VELOE, HDI Seguros, Lojas Renner, CJF (related to the Brazilian Ministry of Justice), and TBG (Bolivia-Brazil Gas Pipeline).

He has studied Accounting and Finance at Ibmec Business School; Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at Faculdade Católica de Brasília; and has obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Additionally, he has a Bachelor's degree in Quality Control and Safety Technologies/Technicians from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.

Christian Menescal is a ServiceNow Platform Enthusiast and a member of the ServiceNow Product Lab, where he is continuously improving his expertise in low-code and no-code platforms. He is also an Information Security Officer by EXIN and an IAPP member, ANPPD® member, and IBRASP (Instituto Brasileiro de Segurança, Proteção e Privacidade de Dados) member. He is a former Technical Member of the OAB São Paulo Privacy and Data Protection Commission.
