Vadim Kogan is an experienced DevOps engineer and cloud services specialist. He has expertise in creating fully automated CI/CD pipelines, implementing and managing infrastructure as code through Terraform and other automation tools, and architecting and supporting highly available and scalable infrastructure. He has a passion for new knowledge and innovation and can quickly grasp technical concepts and apply them to DevOps efforts.

His experience includes creating and maintaining fully automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using Octopus Deploy and PowerShell, managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure on AWS, EC2, S3, and RDS, building and deploying Docker containers to break up the monolithic app into microservices, and automating build and deployment using Azure DevOps. He has also written Ansible manifests and modules to deploy, configure, and manage servers, installed and configured Nagios for constant network monitoring, and managed GitHub repositories and permissions.

In addition, Vadim has experience installing, configuring, and maintaining web services and control panel for hosting Plesk and CPanel, as well as experience with Apache, Nginx, PHP-fpm, DNS, complex web hosting configuration components, and high availability (HA), Backup (Windows, Unix, Linux), and DR practices. He is also knowledgeable in Software Project Management, QA/web testing, and sales/business development.

Vadim's expertise extends to MSP services, GIS software ArcGIS by ESRI, and reselling for HERE. He has received RightScale training and is the General Manager at DaVinchi Agency Inc. with a background in Economics from Tula State University.
