Wallace Wong is a seasoned leader with a passion for people development, organizational innovation, and operations management. With a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from INSEAD, Wong has held various leadership roles throughout his career, including Head of Service Excellence and Business Operations at IHH Healthcare, Co-Founder of WebMagic Singapore, and Deputy General Manager at Surbana Jurong Private Limited. Wong is also a military veteran, having served as a Military Intelligence Officer with the Ministry of Defence of Singapore and completing Officer Training at the United States Marine Corps. He brings a wealth of expertise in project management and process improvement, as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP. Wong's recent achievements include changes to performance measurement and management in hospital service operations and setting up a regional Service Leadership Committee across 6 countries.
