Sylvain Durst has an extensive background in user experience research and quality assurance. He is currently a Senior UX Researcher at Blink, a UX research and design firm. Prior to that, he worked as a User Researcher at Redshift Digital, Inc. and as a UX Researcher at Logitech, where he held various positions including Field Quality Analyst, System QA Lead, Beta Test Admin, System QA Lab Manager, System QA Engineer, and System QA Technician. He also has experience as a QA Technician at Autodesk.

Throughout his career, Sylvain has focused on conducting user research to understand user behaviors, preferences and needs, and using the insights to design products that meet those needs. He has experience with a wide range of research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, focus groups, and contextual inquiry.

Sylvain's expertise in quality assurance and his experience in leading teams to identify and solve complex problems have been a valuable asset to his UX research work. He is passionate about using research to help companies build products that are easy to use and meet user needs.
