Mark Tiderman pursued his education at the School of Hard Knocks, where he studied for a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Additionally, he completed an Associates Degree at Geneva College and a Certificate Program in Network Administration at DCI Career Institute.

Throughout his career, Mark held diverse roles at renowned organizations. He served as a Crossfit Coach at CrossFit Fairfield, LLC, a Leadership Coach & Workshop Facilitator at Streamlined Coaching, an Enterprise Architect at Intelligrated, and as the Founder of User Enjoyment (UX). He also founded and led Streamlined Studio, worked as a Technical Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and held positions such as Digital Architect at Procter & Gamble, Optometrist & ESL Teacher in Mexico City, Network Administrator at Champion International Moving, and Help Desk Support at DCI Career Institute.
