Hal Shaw

Hal Shaw is a professional with a wealth of experience in providing tailored risk management solutions for food and beverage manufactures and automotive component manufactures in the areas of contamination and recall exposures.

Currently, Hal holds the position of Co-Chair of GenderIQ (previously Women's International Network), demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion by serving as an ally for Pride Alliance.

Having started at Aon in 2012 as a marine claims advocate in London, Hal has expanded his expertise by working in various global locations like New York, Miami, and Singapore before transitioning to his current role as Product Recall & Contamination Broker in 2017.

Hal Shaw is an alumnus of the University of Leeds, where he studied Environmental BioGeoScience and holds a Diploma of Higher Education. Additionally, he attended Bethany School for his education.

His professional journey includes key roles such as Director and Senior Broker - Product Recall & Contamination, Associate Director - Product Recall & Contamination, and earlier positions as a Claims Advocate in the marine division and a Recruitment Consultant at Advantage Professional.
